These wines were originally used as gifts for our discerning clientele, using the highest quality, low volume wines to reflect the respect held for their continued loyalty.
The desire to share these wines saw the creation of Mercuri Estate in 2015.
2013 Ennio Watervale Riesling
A hand crafted Riesling from fruit grown on elevated sites.
A delicate wine with lifted floral aromas, a rich palate of refreshing lemon and lime followed by crisp acid on the finish.
This is a limited release wine with only 768 bottles having been produced and each bottle is individually numbered.

2010 Ennio Cabernet Sauvignon
Sourced from vineyards at Leasingham, this wine has been matured in French oak hogsheads for 22 months.
It is a rich, full bodied Cabernet with layers of intense dark berry fruits, hints of chocolate and mint with firm tannins leaving a long lingering finish.
This is a limited release wine with only 768 bottles having been produced and each bottle is individually numbered.
